Hello, I’m Lindsay!
“We rise by lifting others.” – Robert Ingersoll
I am a work at home mom that lives in New Hampshire with my family of five. Nutrition, fitness and the mind/body connection has played a central role in my life for as long as I can remember. Whether it’s practicing yoga on the mat, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen or de-cluttering a closet, I’m always seeking ways to improve my family’s lifestyle.
In 2014 my husband, son and I were given the amazing news that we were expecting twins. The pregnancy took a toll on my body and tested my spirit. I endured morning sickness for twenty weeks, paced my house in pain due to piriformis syndrome and landed on bed rest for the final two months of the pregnancy because I went into early labor at 28 weeks. That’s all behind us and we welcomed our beautiful and healthy boy/girl twins to the world. My heart was full, but the pregnancy had left me feeling physically weak and emotionally drained.
In January 2015 my husband and I decided to kick-start the new year with a fitness and nutrition program called 21 Day Fix. We loved it so much that when the opportunity was presented to me to become a coach I said, heck yes! I’ve always had the desire to help others live their best life. I just never knew where to begin. I’ve been able to visualize my final destination, but not how to get there. Becoming a Beachbody coach is the stepping stone I’ve needed to begin to align my work and passion!
